This Caribbean hotel is steeped in the early history of tourism at Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge. It was here that over twenty two years ago the owners,  a young couple full of dreams, arrived after three days of searching for a magical spot in the Caribbean, traveling by motorcycle and on foot, and pitched their tents in the falling light. My personal take on this Hotel:

This Hotel is a very tasteful European feeling Hotel and is a great commercial opportunity with expansion possibilities ,  casino and in the nicest neighborhood of San Jose with a cluster of tourism, hotel, and government buildings and restaurants around. Parking and an additional lot is included in the sale with  and old house to demolished for expansion.
