This beach front Hotel is the best of Palo Seco and very well represented on travel Advisor. Cocomar’s proximity to everything makes the choices ample, diverse and exciting. The city of Parrita is a ten-minute drive away and has banks, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, churches and a medical clinic. There are taxis and bus service to Quepos, Jacó and San José. Parrita hasn’t yet become a tourist holiday town and retains the character and charm of a rural pueblo. The Palo Seco beaches remain unspoiled and stretch as far as the eye can see The concession is in order and this beach lot gives you the tropical paradise location you have always dreamed of, yet haven’t found... until now.. You will gaze at the breathtaking sunsets while you listen to the roar of the ocean and the rustling of the palm trees. Here, you can slow down to a halt and just be. The Palo Seco beaches remain unspoiled and stretch as far as the eye can see. Palo Seco is a 7-km long, quiet beach with little tourist activity, backed by an estuary system rife with local wildlife (ie monkeys, birds, iguanas, etc.). This beach house gives you the tropical paradise location you have always dreamed of, yet haven’t found... until now. Enjoy the beach as your front yard and a serene estuary as your backyard.

Try fishing in the estuary behind the property. You could choose to hire a local fisherman. At this moment “Cocomar” is selling fractional time sharing but owners are willing to be bought out. There are total 20 double rooms in the Hotel; from which 8 two bedroom suites and two three bedroom suites all are able to be adjoined rooms. This hotel is unique so can be sold as a suite two bedroom or three bedroom or 20 double rooms for group business.
