It has a huge kitchen with 2 sink areas 2 huge refrigerator/freezers + extra freezer / Dining room. for 10 – 12 persons/plus the Breakfast Patio has 2 more tables that will seat with 2 desk areas–1 with Guest computer/living. living room. with fireplace–1/2 bath . & a Japanese Garden–oversized 2 car garage. The long cozy outdoor breakfast patio–next to the Kit & dining room is always open for coffee, food, or just conversation. The spacious deck is always cool & comfortable and great for socializing. Partially covered, yet room to sunbath- also used for massage, yoga, reading, relaxing, meetings, fiestas & weddings. The sound of the cascading river is very relaxing. Plus the songs of the many Costa Rican birds!

The B&B could be converted and expandable as an 8 to 10 room small Hotel or B&B and in my point of view could be a cash flow machine if properly managed. The property price basically sells as the value of the house, the business is for free. Owner wants to retire and wants to leave the property in good hands.
